1. What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. As you use Grindset, we store data you create: quests, focus sessions, XP, level, and streak information. We do not collect payment information directly ā payments are processed by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Grindset service ā to save your progress, calculate your XP and level, maintain your streak, and display your room. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
Grindset uses the following third-party services: ā¢ Supabase ā database and authentication hosting ā¢ Google ā OAuth sign-in ā¢ Stripe ā payment processing (Pro plan) ā¢ Vercel ā website hosting Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure. Guest mode data is stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at theonegrindapp@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
Grindset is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
