By accessing or using Grindset, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Grindset. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at theonegrindapp@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: ā¢ Use the service for any unlawful purpose ā¢ Attempt to access other users' accounts or data ā¢ Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service ā¢ Upload malicious code or content ā¢ Misrepresent your identity
5. Guest Mode
Guest mode allows limited use of Grindset without an account. Guest data is stored in your browser and is not backed up. We are not responsible for loss of guest data due to browser clearing, device changes, or any other reason.
6. Pro Plan & Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Cancelling your subscription will maintain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
Grindset and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Grindset and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Grindset is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grindset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
